Chester describes a solution to enforce an upload limit for resources through Site Manager
Recently a question came up in the newsgroup on how to limit the size of a resource uploaded through Site Manager. Chester has now provided information on how to achieve this. As it requires the modification of an MCMS internal ASP file you should take a backup before you implement this.
Sharepoint Portal Server 2003 Service Pack 2 has been released
Microsoft® Office SharePoint® Portal Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2) contains significant security enhancements, in addition to stability and performance improvements. Some of the fixes included with SP2 have been previously released as separate updates. This service pack combines them into one update.
