Hi Stefan, really appreciate the blogs and effort. Do you know if this security fixes need to be downloaded on every servers for Front-end, APP, SQLServ or Just Front-End Server?
Also, does it need a psconfig runningn to apply fix?
Hi,
these fixes need to be installed on all servers which have SharePoint installed.
SQL server has its own separate security fixes which I do not cover in my blog.
Cheers,
Stefan

Can you please advise if PSConfig command that would need to be run? and what parameters?

Hi James,
if you run the UI wizard it will know exactly what to do.
In case you would like to run the command line version you should run this:
PSConfig.exe -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -wait -cmd applicationcontent -install -cmd installfeatures -cmd secureresources -cmd services -install
See here for details:

Hi Stefan,
Thank you for sharing.
in my Sharepoint 2013 Server environment, i noticed this “KB 4475527 – SharePoint Foundation 2013 (core component)” is installed.
As my farm is ” Sharepoint 2013 Server”, i wondering why this KB4475527 can be patched successfully in this version, i would expect product not found or something else. do you have any idea why?

Hi Jason,
SharePoint Foundation is part of all SharePoint Server installations.
So of course you can install SharePoint Foundation fixes. But it means that the rest of SharePoint server are not patched and you should install SharePoint Server CU on top asap.
Cheers,
Stefan
