November 2016 CU for SharePoint Server 2016 contains several new Features:
Administrative actions logging for common SharePoint administrative Actions in Central Administration and with Windows PowerShell..
- MinRole enhancements to support small and medium-sized farms.
- A OneDrive for Business modern experience.
- Custom tiles in the SharePoint app launcher.
- SharePoint hybrid auditing unified across site collections on-premises and in Office 365.
- Hybrid taxonomy unified across on-premises and Office 365.
- OneDrive API for SharePoint on-premises.

Has anyone gotten the Custom Tiles to work? I have it installed and enabled on a web app, running get-spfeature against the site shows it is enabled.. but the http://web_app/lists/custom tiles does not exist for me..

Greg, I had the same experience… feature was already enabled, but no custom tiles list to be found. I ran the Enable-SPFeature command again but included the -Force parameter. After doing that, the list was created.
The Custom Tiles is a hidden list on the root site of the web app. Navigate to http:///lists/custom%20tiles

Stefan, if pressing the Onedrive-icon does not take you into onedrive, is this equal to not having the Software Assurance?
A customer of mine has SA, but, still won’t work.
That sounds like a different issue. I would recommend to open a support case to get this analyzed.
We are having a problem with loading Onedrive for Business home page after deploying Feature Pack 1. Network trace has 3 404 messages:
Our problem was that we hadn’t installed the language patch (KB3127942). Once we installed this, OneDrive for Business started working again.
I saw a similar issue with these three items coming back 404. Found that the cumulative update also changes the OneDrive user experience which includes a requirement for Software Assurance to be active. In our case, it was not and the OneDrive page kept coming up with a blank white screen. The article here ( https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt790696(v=office.16).aspx ) has instructions on how to set the OneDrive user experience back. This resolved the issue for me.

Anyone please provide complete installation steps , one staging env i have one web, one app and one db server. What will be the steps to install on this topology,..
just install both binaries on the web and app server and run PSCONFIG on each of the servers.
Of course ensure to take backups on all servers (including the DB server) before applying any updates to allow simple rollback in case of a problem.
