Be aware: support for MCMS 2002 SP1a will end soon!

   Hi Stefan,

   I was wondering if you also know when support on MCMS 2002 SP2 ends? It’s not listed on the support lifecycle page for service packs.

   Hi JW,

   support for a service pack ends 12-24 month after the next service pack has been released or when support for the product ends.

   If no SP3 is released this would mean that SP2 is supported till January 8th, 2013.

   Hi,

   I am maintaining a portal which is  developed in MCMS-2002 SP1a.

   So I would like to know whether this Service Pack edition of MCMS  2002 supports FIREFIX browser.

   If yes,how can I  incorporate the changes

   our business users are using both browsers, ie;IE 6.0+ or later and   FIREFOX different versions.

   Please advice,

   Hi Prasad,

   for authoring only IE 5.x or above is supported.

   For browsing the site all browser versions can be used – if your templates do not contain code which requires specific browsers.

   SP1a is no longer supported. Please upgrade to SP2.
