  1. Hi Stefan,
From which URL can i download this and also other PU’s. What is the meaning Microsoft Update, is it Windows Updates?
If i am updating our windows on regular bases using Windows update, is all the Security Fix for SharePoint will be installed?
    Thanks,

    1. Hi Abhinav,
the download links can be found in the security bulletins.
Windows Update is the method Microsoft provides to deliver security updates for windows automatically to your machine.
Microsoft Update allows to do the same for all Microsoft products. So if you enable the option install security fixes also for other products but Windows you are automatically connecting to the Microsoft Update.
      Cheers,
      Stefan

  2. Hi, I have a WSUS server in environment which is working perfectly fine. I see lots of “Security update for Microsoft SharePoint Enterprise Server 2013” in WSUS server but non of my SharePoint servers are taking these update.
The Required field is set to No and because of that SharePoint server are not taking these updates.
    KB: 3054813, 3039736, 2760554, 3114335 etc.
if I install these updates manually in SharePoint server it works.
is this a bug ?, need to know why SharePoint servers are not detecting these updates automatically

    1. Hi Ashish,
sorry – I don’t know how WSUS works. Please open a support case with Microsoft to get this analyzed by a WSUS expert if you need assistance on this.
      Cheers,
      Stefan
