June 2013 CU for SharePoint 2007 has been released

   Trying to do a database attach on an older WSS 3.0 DB to a WSS 3.0 farm but the DB came from a farm with version number of "12.0.0.6690" and this June 2013 CU is the most recent update I can find but it is only version "12.0.0.6679".

   What is the "6690" update and how do I find it?

   t be restored to a server running the current version. The backup file should be
   restored to a server with version '12.0.0.6690' or later.

   Stefen, I am having 12.0.0.6421 version, can you provide patch for 12.0.0.6690 for OS ( Windows Server 2003), the above link seems to be work for 32 bit version

   Hi Sekhar,
   the hotfix page per default shows the fix for the OS you are using when browsing to the hotfix page.
   To download the fix for other platform or bitness you need to click the "Show hotfixes for all platforms and languages" link.

   We have a client that needs to patch their MOSS 2007 SP2 farm and while I can download the MOSS 2007 SP3 package, I can’t download the WSS 3.0 SP3 package. Has it been taken down? Is there a place or person we could request it from? Thanks!

      12.0.0.6690 is not related to a CU. It is related to a security fix (MS14-022):

    Hi Stefan,
    I want to know the result of this hotfix for SharePoint server 2007. We are planning to install this CU (KB 2817329 – WSS 3.0) and MS14-22 Security Update (KB 2837616) . Can you please tell whether any critical issues occurred after this CU and Security Update installation?
